I had the LA Galbi short rib rice bowl with sides of spinach, kimchi, and pickled radish. I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to get back there for more and to try other offerings. The short ribs were so tasty, a great balance of smokiness and sweetness.

The food was fantastic, and everything was fresh and delicious.  Eating these ssam's was the best experience I've had and they were the tastiest I've had since having them in Seoul last year. The richness of the meat is cut with the delicious freshness and spice of the whole garlic, salted shrimps, sweet radish, ssamjang and kimchi. It's just an incredible bite of food that is filling yet refreshing.

The LA Galbi bowl and bulgogi bao were particularly good. The meat was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the kimchi was particularly delicious. As a Korean American I'm so excited this spot is now open and am definitely going to add it to my regular rotation!

I got the galbi take out expecting a few ribs because that's what most places give you... NOT HERE. Half the bowl was short ribs, it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

Always yummy. This time I got the pork belly Bossam box, bulgogi dumplings, and spicy pork kimbap. Everything tasted great. Pork belly was my favorite, good portion size and all the sides were very fresh.
